Agreement to these terms

By using ashtech24.com or engaging AshTech24 for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

AshTech24 provides AI marketing services including SEO, local SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, website development, content marketing, graphic design, white label services and AI solutions. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in a written proposal, quote or agreement.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on our website, including "starting from" prices, are guides only. Your final price depends on your goals and scope and is confirmed in a written quote.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok is not included in our fees unless clearly stated.

Payment terms

• Monthly services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• Project work, such as websites, may require an upfront deposit with the balance due on completion.
• Late payment may result in work being paused until the account is up to date.

Client responsibilities

To deliver results, we rely on timely access to accounts, information, content and approvals from you. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm that any material you provide to us, such as logos, images and text, does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Results

We use proven strategies and best practices, but search rankings, advertising performance, AI search visibility and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and competition. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as logos, designs and website content. We may keep working files and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Our tools, templates, methods and know-how remain our property.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to provide our services. White label clients can request a separate non-disclosure agreement.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice as set out in your agreement, usually 30 days. Fees for work already completed or in progress are not refundable. Project-specific cancellation terms are stated in your proposal.

Use of this website

The content on this website is for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse our content without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but it may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AshTech24 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the related service in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
